In particular, we are interested in candidates who have:
- Prior experience in business broking/real estate sales
- Prior experience as a business owner
- Business acumen (demonstrated by life experience or a formal qualification)
- Street-savvy
- Fluent English language skills, and a second language (Mandarin or other Chinese and Asian language skills would be highly regarded)
- A friendly, outgoing nature, and the ability to deal with people from all walks of life
- A trustworthy nature, with mature outlook on life, and ability to be trusted with high level negotiations and high-value deals.
